Why did Obama turn his back on Serbia...wasn't he preaching CHANGE?

US Ambador to Serbia, Cameron Munter, has declared that the demands by the Serbian authorities for new negotiations on Kosovo's status were unrealistic. "The Kosovo issue is over because the question regarding its status has been settled", Ambador Munter said. Apparently Obama's campaign rhetoric about fairness, open mindedness and CHANGE is a crock of sh**. Looks like Obama's campaign rhetoric was just that...rhetoric. Should Obama follow through on his promise of CHANGE and honor Serbia's request for dialogue and terminate Cameron Munter and appoint someone who is competent??
