How can I fix my computer without being able to download anything?

the only way you are going to fix it is a factory reload!!!!!!!no matter what you hear or read no program is going to fix it,do a clean reload(your support group will tell you how)then run all the windows updates,etc/////then install the norton 360 and your problems should be over with//////go to www.pcmag.com and read about it,and then again how mant folks that have the 360 complain about problems,none,i keep a record of each one,the free ones always give problems,never hear anything about the 360 giving problems
