How is the faun in Pan's Labyrinth (Pan) similar/different to the faun (Mr. Thomas) in Narnia?

I need to compare/contrast the characters in Pan's Labyrinth to Narnia and the Wizard of Oz, by their characterization and how they look physically. Also, who would you compare the 3 little fairies in Pan's Labyrinth to in Narnia and the Wizard of Oz? I need some help here! Please!
