Grizzlies top team in the west?

they have finally fused all their talent and it seems like there a froce to be reckoned with. after a terrible 1-8 start they have a record of 15 wins 8 losses and only seem to get better and they have had a tough schedule. i knew this team had potential to be scary with oj mayo rudy gay zach randolph and marc gasol. i cant believe randolph was voted worst aquisition.
