Would Germany still be a strong super power?

hey man! Adolf's gone. Would Germany be a super power again? No. Cause the US got a base there and watching over every single move. Why? No one want another world war. The 3rd would be total disastrous. Who would be the next great super power. Nobody knows. Could be China(the rise of the sleeping dragon), Japan(doing something behind, secretly) North Korea/Iran/India/Pakistan(they got nuclear), Top of all US and Russia (THEY GOT EVERYTHING) Ooh.... that's really scary!!!!!!!!
