Isn't weird how almost every Harry Potter character has a name that means something?

I think Rowling was trying to be clever but came off as illogical in the end. Parents name their kids what they want and not what they see in the future. For example, "Remus" comes from a legend of a boy who was raised by wolves but why would Remus' parents name him that if they don't know he was going to be bitten my Greyback in the future? Another example is Sirius. Sirius is the dog constellation Canis Major and his animagus takes a form of a dog but then again how would his parents know what animal he would turn into? Last example I will give you is Bellatrix which means female warrior. Then again how did her parents know she would not turn into a Narcissa or Andromeda?
