What kind of chicken sounds best for me?(PLEASE ANSWER!!)?

I don't want a broody chicken. Want it to be quite. Lays a lot of big eggs. I don't want it to be flighty. Here are some I am thinking about getting: Black Star, Red Star, Plymouth Rock, Houdan, and California White. Any other suggestions would be good. I just don't want any of these chickens: Red Shavers, Faverolles, Rhode Island Red, Australorp, Buff Orpington, Brahma, or Delaware.
