We have to change our wedding ceremony location! How can we keep everyone happy and notify of the change?

Our church is building a new site and we are currently renting a banquet hall from the Holiday Inn. We were ured the building would be done in time and have already sent out the invites to the wedding. My dad is the pastor, so we cannot go to another church. The wedding is in August and everyone says it will be too hot to have the ceremonyoutdoors..(eventhough it would be beautiful!). The only option we have found is to have it at the reception hall. So we can have our wedding at the Holiday Inn or our reception hall..both look like warehouses! This is not what I would optimally want for my "wedding day" but we cannot seem to come up with any other options that make sense or make others happy. What should we do and how should we word the "ammendments" to the invititations that have to be sent out now? Nothing is what either of us had planned for our wonderful day! Please help us salvage what is left of our wedding day! Everyone's opinions and my lack of backbone have ruined it
