What does it mean if a guy repeats everything you say?

Like i say sometin outloud like Lucy ill ttyl or thanks Lucy and this guy easdrops and repeats me?? its kinda of weird never had a guy do that b4 hes a junior im a freshman i kinda like him hes been doing stuff like tapping me on the back and walkin away and the repeating thing and he looked at me and smiled is he just picking on me or trying to get my attention
