Kittens how many times a day do they eat?

Hi I am just about to get a kitten and I was just wondering how many times a day I should feed it? And also what food do you recommend? I was thinking of getting whiskas kitten food or maybe felix kitten food? Please help also any more info would be great first time having a kitten had plenty of dogs but not kittens!!!
