Fitness/Exercise/6-Pacs?

You shouldn't be working out every day. People don't understand that working out actually breaks down muscle. The only gain you will get is when you allow your body to rest and recover. Take at least one day off per week. If you add hill sprints 3 days a week you will lose the remaining fat and be able to see your abs. Sleeping late isn't bad, nor is weight lifting. Weight training actually strengthens your bones by pulling on them. Other than that keep it up.
