Do I use quotes for a tv show name when I can't italicize?

To answer a question for a college supplement, I need to use the name of a tv program, but I can't bold/underline/italicize anything, so I was wondering if I should use quotations (as opposed to the correct way of italicizing the show's name), or just leave it as is.
